摘　　要：探讨空调除尘对纺纱质量的影响,并提出相应的调节控制措施。结合生产实例,分析了空调除尘对纺纱质量的影响。指出:在实际生产中不仅要合理设定车间温湿度、气流压差、送风口位置和送风速度等空调参数,还要采取措施保证车间的温湿度均匀稳定;除尘方面既要科学设计、合理配置,又要加强日常设备的维护保养,以利于生产的顺利进行和产品质量的稳定与提高。The influence of air conditioner dedusting on the spinning quality was discussed.The related regulation control measures were put forward.Combining the production practices,the influence of air conditioner dedusting on spinning quality was analyzed.It was pointed out that not only the air conditioner parameters like workshop temperature&humidity,air-flow differential,air supply outlet,air supply speed and so on should be reasonably set in practical production,but also the measures should be taken to ensure stable temperature&humidity of the workshop.For dedusting,not only scientific design and reasonable configuration are needed,but also the daily maintenance of the equipment should be strengthened.It is beneficial to the successful production and the stability&improvement of product quality.
