摘　　要：总结一款江南水乡式装饰织物的开发要点。针对装饰织物花形复杂的特点,尝试采用GA747型剑杆织机配以多臂机构生产。介绍了织物的组织设计、分区穿综方法和纹板图;总结了络丝、加捻、整经的工艺。重点针对织机的工艺进行了优选,包括双织轴、开口时间、后梁高度等,最终保证了织物的顺利生产。认为:通过合理设计工艺,可以在普通织机上生产花形复杂的装饰类织物。The development key points of one Jiangnan watertown type decorative fabric were summarized.GA747 rapier loom installed with device loom were used for production.The fabric texture design,partition drafting and lifting plan were introduced.The winding,twisting and warping process were summarized.The loom processes including double beam,shed time,height of back rest and so on were focused and optimized.Finally production was eventually ensured.It is considered that the decorative fabrics with complicate patterns can be produced on common looms by reasonable design of the processes.
