摘 要:探讨利用茜草、姜黄、靛蓝植物染莫代尔纤维纺制19.7 tex色纺针织纱的生产工艺。介绍了3种植物染莫代尔纤维的物理性能指标并对其进行了形貌观察;比较了本色莫代尔与3种植物染莫代尔纤维的两种混和方案;优化配置了各工序工艺参数并采取了必要的关键技术措施,纺制出了3种质量水平较好的色纺针织纱。认为:选择合理的植物染纤维混和方式、预处理和工艺配置等措施是保证植物染莫代尔纤维色纺针织纱生产过程顺利和成纱质量的关键。Production process of 19.7 tex colored spun knitting yarn by using rubia,turmeric and indigo plants dyed modal fibers was discussed.Physical property index and morphology of three kinds of plant dyed modal fibers were introduced and observed.Two blending plans of natural modal and three kinds of plant dyed modal fibers were compared.Process parameters in each process were optimized and necessary key technology measures were taken.Three kinds of colored spun knitting yarn with better quality were spun.It is considered that reasonable selection of plant dyed fiber blending methods,pretreatment and process configuration are the key to ensure successful production process and yarn quality.
