摘　　要：通过对刘振兴主导的"地球空间双星探测计划"这一里程碑式科学事件的梳理与阐述,探讨中欧空间科学技术合作的发端。从星簇科学数据系统的初步携手,到"六点探测"的深度合作,逐步揭示、论述贯穿"双星计划"自曲折立项到工作开展、由空间探测到数据研究整个过程的中欧空间科学合作的开展及其意义与影响。This paper discusses the origin of the Sino-EU space science and technology cooperation through reviewing the landmark scientific event of the "Geospace Double Star Exploration Project"led by Liu Zhenxing. It covers the processes from the initial collaboration with the Cluster Scientific Data System to the "Six-point Space Detection"cooperation,from the twists-and-turns of the initial establishment to the implementation of "Double Star Project",and from space exploration to data processing. In doing so,the paper highlights the significance and influence the promising Sino-EU space science cooperation.
