摘  要:构建一套完整的创新水平测算指标体系,将综合得分引入改进后的索罗增长模型,重新测度创新对城市经济发展的影响,验证了内生的创新进步是国家或区域经济不断增长的源泉。并且首次利用创新得分预测城市经济发展潜力,结果表明,35个大中城市的创新水平提升对经济有强大的拉动作用,第一、二类城市的发展潜力远大于第三类城市,对于城市个体而言,创新水平提升后,重庆的GDP增加值最多,西宁的GDP增幅最大,该结论对城市的创新战略规划具有重大意义。The influence of innovation on urban economic development is premeasured by adding innovation scores to the improved Solow model, and it is proved that endogenous innovation progress is the source for the constant growth of national or regional economy. Furthermore, the urban economic development potential is predicted by innovation score for the first time. The following conclusions can be drown: the innovation potential of the first and second-class cities is much greater than that of the third-class cities;For urban individuals, Chongqing has the best added value of GDP and Xining has the biggest growth rate of GDP after upgrading the level of innovation. This conclusion is of great significance to the strategic of urban innovation.
