摘  要:通过识别复杂产品R&D网络中研发任务分解程度、成员企业间合作方式及企业间知识互补性特征之间的关系,构建复杂产品R&D网络的形成模型。运用数值仿真方法揭示研发任务分解程度和企业间合作方式对复杂产品R&D网络形成的影响。结果表明,成员企业获取互补知识的行为会推动整体研发网络呈现无标度特征。网络具有"链式"结构,其中倾向于团队合作的R&D网络呈现出"环型-链式"结构,而倾向于技术外包的R&D网络呈现出"星型-链式"结构。研发任务的分解程度越高,网络的"链式"结构规模越大。企业合作方式对任务分解程度和网络结构之间的关系具有调节作用。From the perspective of knowledge complementarity, a model of complex product R&D network formation has been built by identifying the relationship between task decomposition, cooperation mode and the knowledge complementarity among enterprises. The paper reveals how the degree of task decomposition and cooperation mode influences the formation of complex product R&D network by numerical simulation method. The results show as follows: In a complex product R&D network, enterprises’ behaviors of pursuing complementary knowledge contribute to the scale-free characteristics of the whole network. The network structure shows "chain-shape", in which the team cooperative R&D network presents a "ring-chain" structure, while the outsourcing network presents a "star-chain" structure. The degree of task decomposition has a significant impact on the network structure. The higher the degree of task decomposition, the larger the scale of the chain structure. The cooperation mode moderates the relationship between the degree of task decomposition and the network structure.
