基于Web of Science数据库的系统性红斑狼疮治疗研究及可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:了解近5年来治疗系统性红斑狼疮研究领域的现状、热点及发展趋势,为后续相关研究提供参考依据。方法:收集Web of Science数据库中2014年1月1日-2019年9月26日治疗系统性红斑狼疮研究领域的相关文献,用Citespace 5. 5. R2软件和VOSviewer 1. 6. 12. 0软件绘制国家、机构和作者的合作网络图谱,分析该领域的研究现状,同时绘制主题词热度图谱和聚类图谱及参考文献共被引图谱,分析该领域研究热点和发展态势。结果:共入选2 117篇文献,总体而言,近5年来发文量波动不大,美国发文最多,中国居第2位,主要研究机构集中于美国,以医科类大学为主,发文量前3位的作者为日本的Tanaka Y、南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院类风湿免疫科的孙凌云及美国的Petri M,以第一作者发文最多的是中国香港的Mok CC,中国学者需要重视加强与国内外学者的交流与合作。系统性红斑狼疮和狼疮性肾炎的药物治疗和并发症及充质干细胞治疗是目前的研究热点,长期恶化疾病的对照研究、治疗策略等也广泛研究。结论:国内外关于系统性红斑狼疮治疗的研究相对成熟,我国学者要加强与国内外同行的合作与交流,狼疮性肾炎的预防和免疫治疗可能是未来的研究焦点。Objective: To understand the current state,hotspots and development trends in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus during the revent five years,and to provide references for subsequent related researches.Methods: The relevant literatures on the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus during the time from January 1,2014 to September 26,2019 in Web of Science database were collected. Cooperation network map of countries,institutions and authors were generated using softwares,Citespace 5. 5. R2 and VOSviewer 1. 6. 12. 0,to analyze the research status in this field. The topic heat map,cluster map and co-cited reference network were drawn to analyze the hotspots and development trends in this field. Results: A total of 2 117 reference articles were selected.In general,the volume of publications has not fluctuated too much in the past five years. The United States tops the list,and China follows. The main research institutions are concentrated in the United States,with medical universities as the mainstay. The top three authors of the publications are Tanaka Y. from Japan,Lingyun Sun from the Rheumatoid Immunology Department of the Affiliated Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University Medical College,and Petri M.from the United States. The first author with the most publications is Mok CC from Hong Kong,China. Scholars from China should attach importance to communications and cooperations with those from home and abroad. Drug treatment and complications of systemic lupus erythematosus and lupus nephritis,as well as the treatment of mesenchymal stem cells are the current research hotspots. The comparative research and treatment strategies for long-term deteriorating diseases have also been extensively studied. Conclusion: Domestic and international researches on the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus is relatively mature. Chinese scholars should strengthen the cooperations and communications with domestic and foreign counterparts. At last,the prevention and immunotherapy of lupus nephritis may be the fo
