多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗慢性湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法:将入选的500例湿疹患者,按1∶1比例随机分配为试验组和对照组各250例,皮损处试验组外用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏,对照组外用尿素乳膏,每日2次,两组患者均同时口服枸地氯雷他定8.8 mg,每日1次。于用药后第1、4周观察临床疗效及安全性。结果:治疗1周后,试验组痊愈率为8.00%,有效率为18.40%;对照组痊愈率为7.20%,有效率为17.60%。两组痊愈率及有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,试验组痊愈率为55.20%,有效率为88.00%;对照组痊愈率为40.40%,有效率为71.60%。2组痊愈率及有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组复发18例,对照组复发30例,2组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗慢性湿疹较为安全有效,为治疗干燥为主要表现的慢性湿疹提供了一种新的选择。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream for chronic eczema.Methods:A total of 500 patients were randomly divided into two groups at a ratio of 1∶1.The experimental group(250 cases)was treated topically with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream twice daily for 4 weeks,while the controls(250 cases)were treated with topical urea ointment.Both groups were also given 8.8 mg desloratadine tablet once daily.Results:After 1-week treatment,the cure and total effective rates were 8.00% and 18.40%,respectively,in the experimental group.Similarly,in the control group,the cure and total effective rates were 7.20% and 17.60%,respectively(P>0.05 vs.experimental group).However,after 4-week treatment,both cure and total effective rates were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the controls(cure rate:55.20%vs.40.4%;effective rate:88.00% vs.71.60%.P<0.05 for both).Moreover,the recurrence rate was also higher in the controls than in the experimental groups(30 cases vs.18 cases,P<0.05).Conclusions:Mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream is effective and safe for chronic eczema.This product could serve as optional regimen for chronic eczema,mainly manifested by dry skin.
