摘　　要：利用第6次人口普查数据,引入住房属性变量研究苏州社会区特征及其形成机制,分析社会区研究与苏州城市规划的关系.空间统计结果表明,苏州社会区的主因子包括非劳动年龄人口、知识分子、外来人口、定居就业人口和居住条件,社会区类型包括本地就业人口集聚区、外来人口集聚区、居住较为宽敞的城市郊区、知识分子集聚区和非劳动年龄人口集聚区.其中非劳动年龄人口和定居就业人口因子反映了老龄化社会和房地产市场发展对苏州城市社会空间的最新影响.论文总结了苏州社会区的形成机制,以期对苏州城市规划体现“以人为本”的发展理念提供一定的参考依据.Using data including the housing property from the Sixth Census of Suzhou in 2010,this paper studies the characteristics and formation mechanism of social areas in Suzhou and analyzes the relationship between social area and urban planning of Suzhou.Spatial statistical results reveal five factors:non-working age population,intellectuals,migrant population,settled working population,and living condition.These factors form five types of social areas,including local employment population areas,migrant population areas,spacious suburban areas,intellectual areas,and non-working age population areas.The two factors–the non-working age population and the settled working population–reflect the latest impact of the aging society and the development of the real estate market on the urban social space of Suzhou.This paper summarizes the formation mechanism of social areas in Suzhou,in the hope of giving an insight into urban development and benefiting the future people-oriented urban planning.
