摘　　要：本文利用STM32芯片驱动电路设计了光电倍增管连锁保护系统。该系统具有探测杂散粒子谱线信号强度的能力,可以利用对于电离损失异常幅值的检测手段实现离子源电源的断电保护和远程上电复位的功能。测试结果表明,该系统可以电信号形式表现被测光信号的强度信息,具备在达到保护触发条件下快速(1 ms以内)实施离子源电源关断操作处理。In this paper,we designed a photomultiplier tube chain protection system with STM32 chip based driver circuit.The system has the ability to detect the signal intensity of the spectral line of stray particles,and by detecting the abnormal changes of ionization loss,it can achieve the abnormal power-off protection of the in source power and the remote power-on function.The test results show that the system can effectively recurrent the measured light signal strength information in the form of electrical signal,and the turn-off processing,of the ion source power,performs quickly(within 1 ms)when the protection trigger condition is satisfied.
