摘  要:宽能型HPGe γ谱仪的重要优势在于低能端的应用,210Pb作为低能端主要的天然核素,其本底涨落对仪器测量结果有着直接的影响。对一套BE3830型的HPGe谱仪两年期间210Pb的本底计数进行了归纳整理,并对其是否服从正态分布、与低能端本底涨落的相关性、对探测限的影响等方面进行了统计分析。结果表明,210Pb的本底水平服从正态分布,并且与低能端本底涨落具有一定的相关性,对探测限的影响不大,但在样品中210Pb含量较低时,对测量结果的影响较大。The important advantage of wide energy HPGe gamma spectrometer lies in the application of low energy part.As the main natural nuclide of low energy part,the background fluctuation of 210Pb has a direct impact on the measurement results.The background count of 210Pb in a BE3830 HPGe spectrometer during two years is summarized and sorted out.Statistical analysis is made on whether it obeys the normal distribution,the correlation with the background fluctuation of the low energy part,and the influence on the detection limit.The results show that the background level of 210Pb obeys the normal distribution,and has a certain correlation with the background fluctuation of the low energy part.And the background fluctuation of 210Pb has little effect on the detection limit.
