摘 要:利用软件MCNP模拟分析计算在相同放射源的情况下改变G-M计数管结构材料,研究其对能量沉积的影响。研究结果表明:阳极材料对G-M计数管的能量沉积的影响很小,阴极对G-M计数管的能量沉积的影响很大,但在低能段会产生过响应,所以应该使用包壳材料对其进行有效的抑制,最好采用铅这类高Z材料,并且在高能γ光子的探测中当能量超过2 MeV时其探测响应趋于一个恒定值,在实际工作中面对高能γ光子的测量时不能忽视。此研究结果可为G-M计数管探测效率的优化、探测精度的提高提供参考。The influence of the structure of G-M counter tube on the energy deposition is studied by using the software MCNP simulation analysis and calculation under the same radioactive source.The results show that the anode material has little effect on the energy deposition of the G-M counter tube,and the cathode has a great influence on the energy deposition of the G-M counter tube,but it will overrespond in the low energy region.Therefore,the cladding material should be used to effectively suppress it.It is best to use high-Z materials such as Pb,and in the detection of high-energy photons,the detection response tends to be a constant value when the energy exceeds 2 MeV.The measurement of high-energy photons can not be ignored in practical work.The results can provide reference for the optimization of detection efficiency and the improvement of detection accuracy of G-M counter tube.
