摘  要:为满足液体闪烁测量装置需求,设计了一套针对液体闪烁信号检测的符合测量系统。该系统包括4路12位采集通道,使用FPGA进行采集控制和数据传输,基于离线算法实现符合、α/β甄别、能谱分析等功能。使用α(241Am)和β(90Sr-90Y)淬灭样品进行了测试,测试结果表明,该系统α/β误甄别率分别为6.2%和5.6%,测量系统重复性为0.59%,稳定性为0.83%。According to the need of liquid scintillation counting device,a coincidence measurement system for liquid scintillation signal detection was designed.The coincidence measurement system includes 4 acquisition channels,with 12-bit.In the system,FPGA was used for acquisition control and data transmission.Off-line algorithm was studied to realize the functions of coincidence,alpha/beta discrimination and energy spectrum analysis.Performance test was conducted using α(241 Am)and β(90Sr-90Y)quenched samples.Results show that the spillover of alpha events to beta and beta events to alpha is 6.2% and 5.6%,the repeatability of the measurement system is 0.59%,and the stability of the measurement system is 0.83%.
