Detection and analysis of pathogenic bacteria in neonatal dacryocystitis

摘  要:采集54例(64眼)新生儿泪囊炎患儿泪小点溢出的分泌物,对其进行细菌培养和药物敏感性分析。结果显示,细菌阳性者为56株,检出率87.5%。各菌株类型及菌株数分别为:金黄色葡萄球菌22例(39.29%)、表皮葡萄球菌11例(19.64%)、肺炎克雷伯菌6例(10.71%)、大肠埃希菌5例(8.93%)、肺炎链球菌4例(7.14%)、铜绿假单胞菌3例(5.36%)、流感嗜血杆菌3例(5.36%)、草绿色链球菌2例(3.57%)。药物敏感性试验显示多数细菌对万古霉素、亚胺培南最为敏感,对青霉素及头孢菌素耐药明显。Subjects were 54 patients(64 eyes) with neonatal dacryocystitis. Secretions from the lacrimal puncta were collected for bacterial culture and analysis of drug sensitivity. Fifty-six strains of bacteria were detected at a rate of 87.5%. Staphylococcus aureus was found in 22 patients(39.29%), Staphylococcus epidermidis was found in 11(19.64%), Klebsiella pneumoniae was found in 6(10.71%), Escherichia coli was found in 5(8.93%), Streptococcus pneumoniae was found in 4(7.14%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa was found in 3(5.36%), Haemophilus influenzae was found in 3(5.36%), and S. viridans was found in 2(3.57%). Drug sensitivity tests indicated that most of the bacteria were the most sensitive to vancomycin and imipenem, followed by levofloxacin and azithromycin. Bacteria were markedly resistant to penicillin and cephalosporins.
