摘　　要：目的总结海南省预防接种后剥脱性皮炎病例的诊断与处置经验。方法通过海南省疑似预防接种异常反应监测系统收集2008-2018年剥脱性皮炎的预防接种异常反应案例和图谱,总结诊断和治疗方法,评价处置效果。结果本研究共发现5例预防接种后剥脱性皮炎病例,建立了预防接种后剥脱性皮炎案例图谱库和诊治要点;所有病例经治疗后痊愈。结论本研究案例图谱和诊治要点的建立有助于提升预防接种后剥脱性皮炎的识别和处置能力。Objective To summarize the experience with diagnosis and management of erythroderma cases af ter vaccination in Hainan province.Methods We used the Adverse Event Following Immunization Information System to collect erythroderma cases in Hainan during 2008-2018;we evaluated diagnosis and treatment and the effect of treatment.Results We identified 5 erythroderma cases and developed a descriptive atlas of erythroderma cases af ter vaccination,and we identified principles of diagnosis and treatment.All cases recovered af ter treatment.Conclusion The case atlas and diagnosis and treatment principles may improve the ability to identif y and manage erythroderma af ter vaccination.
