摘　　要：目的 分析先天性心脏病患儿家属健康宣教中引入教学反馈策略的效果。方法 选取2017年4月-2019年4月中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的先天性心脏病患儿家属88例随机分为研究组和对照组各44例,对照组采用常规健康宣传教育,研究组在对照组的基础上引入教学反馈策略,对比观察两组患儿的应用效果。结果 研究组患儿家属在先天性心脏病相关知识水平知晓率和知晓率相关知识考察得分上明显高于对照组,患儿住院期间家属满意度明显优于对照组,患儿并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 在对先天性心脏病患儿家属健康宣教中引入教学反馈策略不仅可以提高患儿家属对相关疾病知识的了解,而且可以降低患儿术后并发症和提高患儿家属的满意度,值得推广及应用。Objective To analyze the effect of teaching feedback strategy in family health education of children with congenital heart diseases.Methods Eighty-eight children with congenital heart diseases treated in Shengjing Hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,44 children in each group.The children in control group were treated by routine health publicity and education,and the children in study group were treated by teaching feedback strategy based on routine health publicity and education.The application effects in the two groups were compared and observed.Results The awareness rate and score of knowledge related to congenital heart diseases in study group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group,the satisfaction degree of family members in hospital was statistically significantly higher than that in control group,the incidence rate of complications in study group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing teaching feedback strategy into family health education of children with congenital heart diseases can not only improve cognition of family members to related diseases,but also reduce postoperative complications of children and improve satisfaction degree of family members,teaching feedback strategy is wor-thy of promotion and application.
