益母生化合剂治疗对产后出血患者止血效果、血液流变学及炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨益母生化合剂治疗对产后出血患者止血效果、血液流变学及炎症反应的影响,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法 选择清河县中心医院住院部收治的200例产后出血产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组100例,对照组予缩宫素治疗;观察组予益母生化合剂+缩宫素治疗。观察指标:比较两组患者止血效果、血液流变学及炎症反应。结果①治疗后,观察组止血时间、产后2 h及24 h出血量均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0. 05);②经治疗,两组产妇血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血浆凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)均较治疗前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(均P<0. 05);组间比较,观察组产妇治疗后FIB、TT、APTT显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0. 05);③治疗后,观察组血液流变学各项指标较对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(均P<0. 05);④治疗后,观察组患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0. 05)。结论益母生化合剂能够减少止血时间,减少产后出血量,改善凝血功能指标,改善血液流变学,降低炎症表达,疗效显著。Objective To explore the effect of leonurus biochemical mixture treatment on hemostatic effect,hemorheology,and in-flammatory reaction of patients with postpartum hemorrhage,provide a reference basis for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 200 pati-etns with postpartum hemorrhage treated in Qinghe County Central Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,100 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by oxytocin,the patients in observation group were treated by leonurus biochemical mixture and oxytocin.The hemostatic effects,hemorheological indexes,and inflammatory reactions in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the time of hemostasis,the amounts of postpartum hemorrhage at 2 and 24 hours after delivery in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,plasma fibrinogen(FIB),plasma thrombin time(TT),and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in the two groups were significantly improved com-pared with before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,FIB,TT,and APTT in observation group were statistically significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05),hemorheological indexes in observation group were significantly improved compared with control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were statistically significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Leonurus bio-chemical mixture can reduce the time of hemostasis and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,improve the indexes of coagulation function and hemorheological indexes,reduce inflammation,the curative effect is significant.
