戊酸雌二醇联合小剂量雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探究戊酸雌二醇联合小剂量雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法 选取2013年6月-2016年6月该院收治的老年性阴道炎患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组患者使用小剂量雌激素软膏进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上使用戊酸雌二醇进行治疗,对两组患者临床症状消失时间及治疗前后两组患者孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平、阴道清洁度及阴道p H值进行检测比较,并统计治疗效果及治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者临床症状消失时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。治疗后,两组患者P、LH、FSH、阴道清洁度及阴道p H值水平均低于治疗前,且E2水平高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0. 05);观察组患者P、LH、FSH、阴道清洁度及阴道p H值水平均低于对照组,且E2水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0. 05)。结论 戊酸雌二醇联合小剂量雌激素软膏可有效改善老年性阴道炎患者的临床症状,调节激素水平,效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of estradiol valerate combined with low dose of estrogen ointment on senile vagini-tis.Methods 100 cases of senile vaginitis in Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with low dose estrogen ointment.The patients in observation group were treated with estradiol valerate on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of symptoms and the levels of progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),folli-cle stimulating hormone(FSH),vaginal cleanliness and vaginal pH were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions during the treatment were counted.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of P,LH,FSH,vaginal cleanliness and vaginal pH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of E2 was higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of P,LH,FSH,vaginal cleanliness and vaginal pH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion Estradiol valerate combined with low dose estrogen ointment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of senile vaginitis and regulate the hormone level,the effect is remarkable.
