摘  要:为探究外源亚精胺(spermidine,Spd)对桑树耐盐性的影响,以桑品种桂桑优12为材料进行盆栽试验,调查叶面喷施不同浓度(0、0.5、1.0、1.5 mmol/L)Spd后200 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下桑树幼苗各项形态指标、根系特征和活力,以及叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量、质膜相对透性、抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)和渗透调节物质含量等生理指标的变化。结果表明,Spd可提高盐胁迫下桑树幼苗的株高、茎粗、地上部分鲜质量和干质量、根部鲜质量和干质量、主根长、总根长、根系表面积、根系平均直径、根系总体积和根系活力;叶片中的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量增加;叶片与根中的SOD、POD、CAT酶活性升高,脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量增加,质膜相对透性和MDA含量降低。根据各项指标变化情况,盐胁迫下叶面喷施Spd溶液可显著缓解桑树幼苗的盐害,提高幼苗的抗盐性,其中以喷施1 mmol/L Spd缓解效应最为显著。To explore the effect of exogenous spermidine(Spd) on salt tolerance of mulberry seedlings, mulberry variety Guisangyou 12 was used as material for pot experiment, and different concentration of exogenous Spd(0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 mmol/L) for foliar spray were applied on mulberry seedlings under 200 mmol/L NaCl stress. The morphological indexes, root characteristics and activity, chlorophyll and carotenoid content, relative permeability of plasma membrane, activity of antioxidant enzymes, malondialdehyde(MDA) and osmotic regulation substances content were detected. The results showed that exogenous Spd treatment could increase plant height, stem diameter, fresh and dry weights of seedlings above ground, fresh and dry weights of roots, main root length, total root length, root surface area, average dia-meter, total volume and activity of root. Besides, it could also increase the content of chlorophyll and carotenoid in leaves as well as the activity of SOD, POD and CAT in the roots and leaves. Meanwhile, there were rises in the content of proline, soluble protein and soluble sugar in mulberry seedlings under salt stress, but drops in the relative permeability of plasma membrane and the content of MDA. Based on the physiological indexes, it could be concluded that foliar spraying with exogenous Spd could significantly relieve the salt injury and improve salt tolerance of mulberry seedlings. Moreover, spraying exogenous Spd of 1 mmol/L had the best alleviation effect.
