摘  要:蚕卵孵化率是表征柞蚕卵期生命力的重要指标,探索冷藏时间和冷藏时期对蚕卵孵化率的影响对于提高孵化率和安全生产具有重要意义。对不同有效积温的春柞蚕卵进行不同时间的低温(4℃)冷藏处理,结果表明,孵化率在不同的冷藏时间、不同的有效积温及与二者互作之间均存在极显著差异。在柞蚕卵胚胎发育到有效积温为30℃、40℃、50℃和60℃时进行冷藏,其胚胎受到的危害最小;在胚胎发育到有效积温为70℃和90℃时进行冷藏,胚胎受到的危害较大;而在有效积温为100℃时进行冷藏,胚胎受到的危害最大,孵化率下降最为明显。相关性分析表明,冷藏时间与孵化率之间呈极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.919 4;有效积温与孵化率之间呈不显著负相关,相关系数为-0.511 2。回归分析表明,冷藏时间与孵化率符合Peal-Reed曲线模型,回归方程达到了极显著水平,决定系数达0.997 7;有效积温与孵化率之间既不符合线性回归关系也不符合非线性回归关系。研究结果为确定柞蚕生产上蚕卵冷藏的最佳冷藏时期和最佳冷藏时间提供了参考依据。Hatchability is an important index indicating the vitality of tussah eggs. It is of great significance to study the effects of cold storage time and period on the egg hatchability for hatchability improvement and safe production. In this experiment, when embryos with different effective accumulated temperatures were stored at 4 ℃ for different time, extremely significant differences were found in hatchability in view of cold storage time, effective accumulated temperature and interactions between each other. The least harm was made to embryo when it was stored at effective accumulated temperatures of 30 ℃, 40 ℃, 50 ℃ and 60 ℃, greater harm was produced at effective accumulated temperatures of 70 ℃ and 90 ℃, and the greatest harm was found to embryo when the effective accumulated temperature was 100 ℃, which caused the most obvious decrease in hatchability. Correlation analysis showed that there was an extremely significant negative correlation between cold storage time and hatchability, and correlation coefficient was-0.919 4. However, no significant negative correlation was identified between effective accumulated temperature and hatchability, and its correlation coefficient was-0.511 2. Regression analysis indicated that cold storage time and hatchability were in accordance with the Peal-Reed curve model. When the regression equation reached an extremely significant level, coefficient of decision was 0.997 7. Therefore, effective accumulated temperature had neither linear nor nonlinear relationship with hatchability. Results of this study provide reference for determining the optimal period and time to store eggs at low temperature in tussah production.
