摘 要:为提高铸态AZ80镁合金焊接接头性能,用真空电子束焊接工艺焊接85 mm厚的AZ80-Ce0.9镁合金,用X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜和万能试验机等研究焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:焊接接头焊缝区的晶粒细小,尺寸为5~10μm,晶内存在点状Al3Ce相,其尺寸和数量均小于母材,且焊缝区硬度高于母材,平均硬度为66.94HV;焊接接头拉伸断裂均发生在母材位置,抗拉强度、伸长率为184.6 MPa、5.2%;焊接接头拉伸断口呈解理台阶和韧窝状特征的混合断裂形式;添加Ce可提高AZ80-Ce0.9镁合金焊接接头的综合性能。In order to improve the welded joint properties of the as-cast AZ80 magnesium alloy,AZ80-Ce0.9 magnesium alloy with 85 mm thickness was welded by vacuum electron beam welding.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were studied by X-ray diffraction,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and universal testing machine.The results reveal that the grain size in the weld zone of the welded joint is within the range of 5μm to 10μm.There are dispersed Al3 Ce phases in the crystals,which are less and smaller than those in the base material.The hardness of the weld zone is higher than that of the base material,with the average hardness of 66.94 HV.The tensile fracture of welded joints occurs in the base material,with tensile strength of 184.6 MPa and elongation of 5.2%.The tensile fracture of welded joint presents both cleavage step and dimple characteristics fracture.The above results show that adding Ce element can improve the comprehensive properties of the AZ80-Ce0.9 magnesium alloy.
