摘  要:钛合金/钢异种金属焊接结构在现代工业应用中日益广泛,但因母材理化性能差异,导致焊接难度大。综述了激光深熔焊在钛合金/钢异种金属焊接中的优势及国内外研究进展;分析焊接时出现的关键问题,并就界面金属间化合物(IMCs)调控方法进行系统讨论;介绍了多物理场耦合相场法在焊接模拟中的问题及研究状况;简述耦合流场的相场法显微组织模拟存在的问题,并对问题进行展望。Titanium alloy/steel dissimilar metals welding structures have become more and more widely used in modern industrial applications.However,welding is difficult due to the significant differences in physical and chemical properties of the base metal.This paper introduced the advantages of laser penetration welding in titanium alloy/steel dissimilar metal welding and the research progress in domestic and at abroad,analyzed the key problems in welding,and systematically discussed the control methods of the interfacial intermetallic compounds(IMCs).The problems and research status of multi-physics coupled phase field method in welding simulation were introduced.The problems of phase field method microstructure simulation of coupled flow field were summarized.And the future of above mentioned issues was looked beyond.
