摘 要:应用于河道衬护的多孔质混凝土,在保证一定强度的同时,还应具有足够的孔隙为水生生物提供生存场所。根据多孔混凝土的结构特点,基于正交试验研究了目标孔隙率、骨料粒径和水灰比在不同因素下,对多孔混凝土实测孔隙率、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度的影响。试验结果表明:实测孔隙率较目标孔隙率低,但两者变化规律基本一致,实测孔隙率随目标孔隙率的增大而增大;28d抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度与孔隙率呈负相关关系;随着水灰比的增大,浆体包裹骨料更均匀,使得黏结力增强,从而提高了抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度,但在水灰比较大时,为避免沉浆带来的不利影响,应控制骨料的粒径。Porous concrete used for river lining should have sufficient porosity to provide a living place for aquatic organisms while ensuring certain strength.According to the structural characteristics of porous concrete,the effects of target porosity,aggregate size and water-cement ratio on the measured porosity,compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of porous concrete were studied based on orthogonal experiments.The test results show that the measured porosity is lower than the target porosity,but the change rules are basically the same,and the measured porosity increases with the increase of the target porosity.The 28 d compressive strength and splitting tensile strength were negatively correlated with porosity.With the watercement ratio increases,the slurry-wrapped aggregate is more uniform so that the adhesion is enhanced,which improves the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength,but when the water-cement is relatively large,in order to avoid the slurry adverse effects,the particle size of the aggregate should be controlled.
