摘 要:以某一工程实例为研究对象,从管理、质量、经济性角度对大坝混凝土碾压施工中的分层碾压技术和平铺层碾压技术进行了性能对比分析,并给出了最佳施工方案。研究结果表明:两种方式均能满足施工要求,采用平层通仓法有利于施工质量控制,但对施工工序衔接和现场管理提出很高的要求,且在较大仓面浇筑施工作业时要求的投资成本更高。采用斜层平推法利用较小的拌合力实现大仓面浇筑,施工管理简单,从等式约束法则下斜层平推法的投资成本更低,且获得的混凝土浇筑强度远高于平层通仓法,因此本文主要采用斜层平推法进行施工作业。Taking a certain engineering example as the research object,it compares and analyzes the performance of layered roller compacting technology and paving roller compacting technology in dam concrete rolling construction from the point of view of management,quality and economy,and gives the best construction scheme.The research results show that both methods can meet the requirements of construction,and the adoption of open storehouse method is beneficial to the quality control of construction,but high requirements are put forward for the connection of construction procedure and on-the-spot management.And the investment cost required in the larger warehouse surface construction operation is higher.The inclined layer horizontal push method is used to realize the large warehouse surface pouring by using the smaller mixing force.The construction management is simple,and the inclined layer horizontal push method is based on the law of equality constraint The cost of investment is lower and the concrete pouring strength obtained is much higher than that of the open storehouse method.Therefore,this paper mainly uses the inclined layer horizontal push method to carry on the construction operation.
