摘  要:为解决东北玉米大垄双行种植模式试验推广过程中,由于缺少与播种机配套使用的中耕施肥机具,出现的中耕施肥效率低,效果差等问题,设计一种基于玉米大垄双行种植技术的驱动式中耕施肥机。该机利用分组驱动式旋耕装置和地轮驱动施肥装置,能够一次完成玉米行间松土、碎土、除草、施肥和培土等多项作业。通过对中耕碎土直刀的运动轨迹分析,得出碎土直刀不出现漏耕带的理论数值,建立碎土直刀刃口的数学模型,设计出碎土直刀的结构。根据中耕施肥机的工作原理,对其进行科学合理的整体布局,得出整机的技术参数。田间性能检测和试验考核结果表明:作业速度1.22 m/s、刀轴转速1 000 r/min、中耕深度118.34 mm,得到较优工作参数,此时伤苗率为3.85%,除草率为85.86%,符合玉米中耕施肥要求,实现优良农艺与现代农机的结合。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor effect of cultivator-fertilizer application during the process of experiment and popularization of big ridge double row planting model of Maize in Northeast China, this paper designed a driving mid-tillage fertilizer applicator based on big ridge double row planting technology of maize. The machine uses the grouping-driven rotary tillage device and the wheel-driven fertilizer application device, which can complete the maize inter-row loosening, soil crushing, weeding, fertilization and soil cultivation one time. In this paper, through the analysis of the movement track of the soil breaking straight blade, the theoretical value of the blade without missing plough belt is obtained, the mathematical model of the blade curve is established, and the structure of the blade is designed. According to the working principle of the cultivator-fertilizer, the scientific and reasonable overall layout is carried out, and the technical parameters of the whole machine are obtained. The results of field performance test showed that the operation speed was 1.22 m/s,the blade shaft speed was 1 000 r/min,and the middle tillage depth was 118.34 mm,and the better working parameters were obtained. At this time, the seedling injury rate was 3.85%,the weeding rate was 85.86%,which met the requirements of fertilization in the middle tillage of maize,and the combination of good agronomy and modern agricultural machinery was realized.
