摘 要:立足于研究热带生态循环农业模式的实际需要,结合热带地区玉米种植的农艺要求,设计一种牵引式的小型玉米全价值收获机。在现有的收获机的基础上,通过正交试验,选取关键部件摘穗辊的长度、转速、间距为影响因素,以摘穗率为评价指标,利用Design-Expert数据分析软件对玉米摘穗装置及茎秆粉碎装置进行优化设计,通过试验分析得到玉米收获最佳摘穗率,在摘穗辊长度为350 mm、转速为3.5 r/s、间距为14 mm时摘穗率达到最优,并通过田间试验进行验证。Based on the practical need of studying the tropical ecological cycle agriculture model and combining the agronomic requirements of corn planting in tropical areas, a traction type miniature corn harvester with full value was designed. On the basis of the existing harvesters, through orthogonal experiments, the length, speed and spacing of the key components of the picking roll are selected as the influencing factors. Taking the picking rate as the evaluation index, the design-Expert data analysis software is used to optimize the design of the corn picking device and the straw crushing device. The optimum picking rate of the corn harvest is obtained through the experimental analysis. The length of the picking roll is 350 mm, and the speed is high. The optimum heading rate was obtained when the spacing was 14 mm and 3.5 r/s, which was verified by production and field experiments.
