摘  要:寨卡病毒(Zika virus,ZIKV)属于黄病毒科、黄病毒属,主要通过伊蚊叮咬传播.2015年起,ZIKV在南美暴发流行,大部分感染者无临床表现,部分孕妇感染引发新生儿小头畸形、成人吉兰-巴雷综合征(Guillain-Barre syndrome)、脊髓炎等神经系统并发症.本文从ZIKV生物学特征、传播途径、临床诊治、ZIKV相关脊髓炎的病例报道和可能的致病机制等方面综述了ZIKV相关脊髓炎的最新研究进展,为进一步了解认识和研究ZIKV相关脊髓炎提供参考.Zika virus belongs to the family Flaviviridae, genus Flavivirus and is mainly transmitted to humans by Aedes. The outbreak of Zika virus infection in South America in 2015 raised worldwide health concern due to the increasing incidence of microcephaly, Guillain-Barre syndrome and myelitis, although most of the patients were asymptomatic. Here, to further understand and elucidate the pathogenic mechanism of Zika virus infection-associated myelitis, this review summarized the latest advance in biological character-istics, transmission and treatment of Zika virus infection as well as the related case reports and possible mechanisms.
