大学生体质健康与网络成瘾相关性分析

摘　　要：通过对武汉理工大学2015-2018级的1 817名在校大学生进行问卷调查,了解大学生网络成瘾现状,并对调查对象进行体质健康状况的测量,通过数理分析法探寻大学生体质健康与网络成瘾之间的关系.数据显示:1)不同性别学生间的网络成瘾具有显著差异,且女生网络成瘾较男生严重(x^2=13.174,P<0.01).2)不同网瘾群体间的体测综合成绩无显著差异(P>0.05).3)不同网瘾群体间的BMI与800 m(女)/1 000 m(男)不具有显著性差异(P>0.05),肺活量和坐位体前屈具有显著性差异(P<0.05),50 m跑、立定跳远和仰卧起坐(女)/引体向上(男)具有非常显著性的差异(P<0.01).4)体测总分与性别、年级无关(P>0.05),与强迫性上网行为、戒断反应、耐受性、人际与健康、时间管理和网瘾程度具有非常显著的相关性(P<0.01).分析结果表明,大学生网络成瘾较为普遍,女生较男生问题突出;网络成瘾与体质健康综合成绩具有相关关系,但相关性不显著;网络成瘾与呼吸机能、柔韧性、速度、爆发力和肌耐力等身体素质有显著的相关关系.The 1 817 undergraduates of a Wuhan-affiliated University in grades 2015-2018 were surveyed to understand the current situation of internet addiction.The subjects who met the inclusion criteria were tested by body test to measure the physical health status of undergraduates.The relationship between internet addiction and physical health by analysing the method of mathematical analysis was explored.Results showed:1) There were significant differences in Internet addiction between different genders,and the female students had more serious Internet addiction than male students(x^2=13.174,P<0.01).2) There was no significant difference in comprehensive physical test scores among different internet addiction groups(P>0.05).3) There was no significant difference between BMI and 800 m(female)/1 000 m(male)(P>0.05),while the vital capacity,sitting forward bend(P<0.05),50 m running,standing long jump and sit-up(female)/pull-up(male) had significant difference(P<0.01).4) the total score of physical examination was not related to gender grade(P>0.05),but was significantly correlated with compulsive Internet use,withdrawal response,tolerance,interpersonal and health,time management and Internet addiction(P<0.01).Internet addiction is common among college students,and the problems of female students are more prominent than those of male students.Internet addiction has no significant correlation with the comprehensive scores of physical health,but Internet addiction has significant correlation with physical fitness,such as respiratory function,flexibility,speed,explosive force and muscle endurance.
