摘  要:目的了解2016-2017年武汉市医用辐射防护现状,掌握武汉市职业性放射性疾病的防治现状、发病特点和趋势,为提高武汉市职业性放射性疾病监测和预警能力提供研究数据。方法根据《武汉市2017年医疗卫生机构医用辐射防护监测项目实施方案》,制定调查表,收集2016-2017年武汉市16个辖区医疗机构开展辐射监测情况,并对数据进行汇总分析。结果 2016-2017年武汉市放射工作人员6 022人,其中从事放射诊断的放射工作人员4 297人,占全部放射工作人员71.4%;武汉市共有1 808台设备,其中放射诊断设备占比最多(89.4%);放射诊疗设备防护性能检测合格率为96.4%,工作场所放射防护检测合格率为98.8%;监测10家医院放射工作人员1 282人,其个人剂量检测率、职业健康检查率分别为100.0%和95.2%。结论 2016-2017年武汉市医疗卫生机构医用辐射防护情况良好。应进一步加强监测质量控制,提升网络监测能力。Objective To understand the current situation of medical radiation protection in Wuhan City from 2016-2017,obtain the protection status,characteristics and trend of occupational radiation diseases in Wuhan City,and provide research data for improving the monitoring and early warning ability of occupational radiation diseases in Wuhan City. Methods According to the "Implementation plan of medical radiation protection monitoring project of medical and health institutions in Wuhan in 2017",the questionnaire was formulated to collect information about radiation monitoring in medical institutions in 16 district of Wuhan City from 2016-2017,and the data were summarized and analyzed. Results There were 6 022 radiological workers in Wuhan City from2016-2017,and 4 297 were radiographers,accounting for 71.4% of all radiological workers. There were 1 808 devices in Wuhan City,among which the proportion of radiological diagnostic equipment was 89.4%. The qualified rate of protective performance of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment was 96.4%,and the qualified rate of radiation protection in the workplace was98.8%. A total of 1 282 radiological workers were monitored at 10 hospitals,with the personal dose detection rate and occupational health examination rate of 100.0% and 95.2% respectively. Conclusion The medical radiation protection in medical institutions is good in Wuhan City from 2016-2017. The monitoring quality control should be further strengthened to improve network monitoring capability.
