摘 要:目的优化酒店公共用品中7种荧光增白剂的超声提取条件,为相关检测方法的建立提供前处理参考依据。方法以混合溶剂中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)体积百分比、溶剂用量和超声时间为主要影响因素,以所选的7种荧光增白剂含量的总评"归一值"(OD值)为评价指标,采用星点效应面法优化高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定酒店公共用品中7种荧光增白剂的超声的前处理条件。结果星点效应面的3D图可提供样品超声提取条件的选择,7种荧光增白剂的超声提取条件为:70%DMF、溶剂用量为30 mL和超声时间40 min。结论星点设计理论的模式适合酒店公共用品中7种荧光增白剂超声提取条件的优化及选择。Objective To optimize ultrasonic extraction methods for seven fluorescent agents in hotel public goods,provide a scientific pretreatment basis for the establishment of relevant detection methods.Methods The volume percentage of N,N-Dimethylformamide(DMF)in mixed solvent,solvent dosage and ultrasound time were taken as the main influencing factors,and the total assessment OD value of the selected seven fluorescent agents content was taken as the evaluation index.The pretreatment parameters of ultrasonic extraction of seven fluorescent whitening agents in hotel public goods were optimized by central composite design-response surface method.Results The ultrasonic extraction conditions for samples could be selected according to 3D map of central composite design-response surface method.The optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions for the determination of seven fluorescent whitening agents were as follows:70%DMF,30ml of solvent dosage and the 40min of ultrasonic extraction.Conclusion The model of central composite design-response surface method is suitable for the optimization and selection of ultrasonic extraction condition for the seven fluorescent whitening agents in hotel public goods.
