摘　　要：以精神症状为主要表现的病毒性脑炎,可出现意识障碍、精神障碍,临床表现形式多样,病情复杂,容易误诊.诊治此类患者时应注重采集相关病史,观察临床表现,当患者存在发热、意识障碍、大小便失禁、植物神经功能障碍等表现时,应高度怀疑颅内感染可能,尽早完善脑脊液、脑电图及头颅CT、磁共振等检查,避免误诊.Viral encephalitis with psychiatric symptoms as the main manifestation can cause disturbance of consciousness and mental disorder.The clinical manifestations are diverse,the condition is complex,and it is easy to be misdiagnosed.When treating such patients,attention should be paid to collecting relevant medical history and observing clinical manifestations.When patients have fever,disturbance of consciousness,incontinence,autonomic dysfunction,etc.,should be highly suspected of intracranial infection,improve cerebrospinal fluid,EEG,brain CT and MRI,as early as possible to avoid misdiagnosis.
