提高透明片材专用PVC树脂质量的途径

摘　　要：为提升透明片材专用PVC树脂的质量,进行了涂釜工艺优化、分散剂比例的调整、引发剂复合配方的调整和干燥振动筛网的改进。改造后提高了透明片材专用PVC树脂的颗粒规整度,改善了产品的加工性能,使加工制品透光率更高。In order to improve the quality of PVC resin special for transparent sheets, the following transformations were carried out: process optimization of coating kettle, adjustment of dispersant proportion, adjustment of initiator compound formula, and improvement of drying vibrating screen. After transformation, the particle regularity of the PVC resin special for transparent sheet was improved, the processing performance of the product was enhanced, and the light transmittance of the processed product was higher.
