增塑糊对PVC材料性能的影响

摘  要:考察了PVC糊树脂的增塑糊对PVC材料加工性能和光学性能的影响。结果表明:①直接添加PVC糊树脂不能改善PVC材料的加工性能,需要制成增塑糊;②与单独添加DOP相比,添加增塑糊能更加明显地改善PVC材料的加工性能,而且改性效果更稳定;③增塑糊会大大提高PVC材料的雾度。The effects of plasticized paste made of PVC paste resins on the processing properties and optical properties of PVC materials were investigated.The results showed that adding PVC paste resins directly could not improve the processing properties of PVC materials,so the resins needed to be plasticized.Adding plasticized paste could improve the processing properties of PVC materials more obviously than adding DOP alone,and the modification effect was more stable.The plasticized paste could greatly improve the haze of PVC materials.
