摘  要:触电保护一直是民众关注和行业研究的重点,但目前仍缺少完备的现场调研资料,无法为触电保护理论研究和装置开发提供有效支撑。文章结合惠州市低压配电网TT接地与3种TN接地型式的现场应用情况以及剩余电流保护装置的实际配置、投运、动作情况,分析并提出了现有剩余电流保护存在的主要问题以及影响其作用发挥的主要因素,最后给出了相应的建议,以期为触电保护技术日后发展提供参考。Electric shock protection has always been the keypoint of public attention and industry research, but there is still a lack of complete on-site research data which can provide effective support for theoretical research and device development of electric shock protection. This paper analyzes the field application of TT grounding and three TN grounding types of Huizhou low-voltage distribution network and the actual configuration, commissioning and operation of residual current protection devices. And then, the article comes up with the main problems existing in the present residual current protection and the main factors of affecting its role. Finally, the corresponding management suggestions are given to be expected to provide reference for the future development of the electric shock protection technology.
