中药内外治结合法对糖尿病肾损害大鼠肾组织TGF-β1的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察并探讨具有补肾气、温肾阳作用的中药内服结合外治疗法对糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠肾组织转化生长因子(TGF-β1)含量的影响。方法:采用高糖高脂饲料喂养结合链脲佐菌素(Streptozocin,STZ)诱导糖尿病肾损害大鼠模型(肾阳虚证型),应用具有补肾温阳作用的中药汤剂和敷灸药物分别在造模成功及成模后的两周给药。采用Western Blot法检测大鼠肾组织中TGF-β1的表达情况。结果:与模型对照组比较,中药内外治结合的方法可降低大鼠肾重/体重比值,抑制模型大鼠肾组织中TGF-β1表达,结合法治疗组疗效优于单纯药物内服组和单纯药物外治组。结论:中药内外治结合法能够防治大鼠糖尿病早期肾损害,其机制可能与降低TGF-β1的表达含量有关。Objective:To obverse the mechanism of Wenyang power medicine combination of treatment on DN,and discuss TGF-β1.Methods:DN rats were established by Streptozocin(STZ)combined with high glocuse and high fats diet.The treatment groups were treated by Wenyang power medicine.The expression of TGF-β1 detected by Western Blotting.Results:Compared with the model control group,kidney/weight and TGF-β1 were significantly decreased in therapeutic group.The combined group is better than internal treatment or external treatment group.Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine has a good protection function to the early DN rats.The mechanism may be to lower the expression associated with TGF-β.
