太阴病(脾阳虚证)脾与胰腺组织结构变化实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察太阴病(脾阳虚证)模型大鼠脾脏和胰腺组织形态学变化,探讨太阴病(脾阳虚证)脾与胰腺的相关性。方法:通过制作脾脏和胰腺组织石蜡切片、HE染色、光镜观察切片的方法,对正常、造模组及理中汤干预组大鼠干预12天后脾脏和胰腺组织进行观察。结果:模型组脾脏脾小梁静脉血管明显扩张充血;胰腺少数细胞呈空泡状;理中汤干预12天后,模型组大鼠脾脏未见充血;胰腺少数细胞空泡状消失。结论:太阴病(脾阳虚证)模型大鼠脾脏和胰腺组织结构有明显的病理变化,使用理中汤干预后前述的病理变化消失,并且他们的变化是同步的。说明太阴病(脾阳虚证)脾与胰腺有着密切的联系。Objective:To observe the morphological changes of spleen and pancreatic tissue in the model rats of Taiyin disease(syndrome of deficiency of spleen yang),and to discuss the correlation between spleen and pancreas of Taiyin disease(syndrome of deficiency of spleen yang).Methods:By making spleen and pancreas tissue paraffin sections,HE staining,light microscopy observation of the method,the spleen and pancreatic tissue were observed after 12 days of intervention by rats in the normal,molding group and Lizhong Decotion intervention group.Results:The spleen and spleen trabecula vein of the model group showed obvious expansion and congestion;A small number of cells in the pancreas were vacuolated;After 12 days of Lizhong Decotion intervention,the spleen of the model group had no congestion,a small number of vacuoles in the pancreas disappeared.Conclusion:The model rats of Taiyin disease(syndrome of deficiency of spleen yang)with spleen and pancreas tissue structure has obvious pathological changes,and the pathological changes disappeared after the intervention of Lizhong Decotion,and their changes are synchronized.It is suggested that the spleen and pancreas of Taiyin disease(syndrome of deficiency of spleen yang)are closely linked.
