小陷胸汤加减治疗湿热中阻型糖尿病末梢神经病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察用小陷胸汤加减治疗湿热中阻型糖尿病末梢神经病变的临床效果。方法:选取湿热中阻型糖尿病末梢神经病变患者86例,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组患者给予维生素B1片和甲钴胺片口服治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予小陷胸汤加减治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后下肢麻木、疼痛等临床症状的改善情况;血糖、血脂的变化情况;比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者的总有效率为93.0%,高于对照组患者的74.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者经治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均较治疗前有所降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)则较治疗前有所升高(P<0.05),观察组患者的变化幅度更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:小陷胸汤加减具有降血糖、降血脂的功效,能有效改善糖尿病末梢神经病变患者的临床症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:86 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with vitamin B1 and Mecobalamin orally,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Xiaoxianxiong decoction as the basic formula,and the improvement of clinical symptoms such as numbness and pain of lower limbs,the change of blood glucose and blood lipid,and the clinical effect of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.0%,higher than 74.4%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FPG,2 h BG,HbA1 c,TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while HDL-C was higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The change range of observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoxianxiong decoction has the effect of lowering blood sugar and blood lipid,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which is worthy of clinical application.
