古汉养生精片治疗气虚体质亚健康状态临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察古汉养生精片对气虚体质亚健康状态的临床疗效。方法:采用双盲设计,纳入气虚体质的亚健康患者60例,分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组患者服用古汉养生精片安慰剂,治疗组患者服用古汉养生精片,观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候评分、骨密度检查、AMH、精子活率、精子活动力等指标。结果:治疗前两组患者的神疲、懒言、气短、自汗、易感冒等症状评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者的神疲、懒言、气短、自汗、易感冒等症状评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05);对照组患者的神疲、懒言、气短、自汗、易感冒等症状评分较治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组患者的骨密度、AMH、精子活率、精子总活力比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组患者的骨密度、AMH、精子活率、精子总活力等评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),而对照组与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:古汉养生精片可以改善气虚体质亚健康状态患者的临床症状,改善患者骨密度、AMH、精子活率、精子总活力等指标。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Guhan yangyangyangjing tablet on the sub-health state of qi deficiency constitution.Methods:Using double blind design,60 sub-health patients with Qi deficiency constitution were divided into control group and treatment group,30 in each group.Patients in the control group took placebo of ancient Han health essence tablet,and patients in the treatment group took ancient Han health essence tablet.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,bone mineral density,AMH,sperm viability and sperm motility were observed.Results:Before the treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of mental fatigue,laziness,shortness of breath,self perspiration and easy to catch cold in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in BMD,AMH,sperm viability and total sperm activity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of BMD,AMH,sperm viability and total sperm activity in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the control group and before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Guhan yangyangjing tablet can improve the clinical symptoms,BMD,AMH,sperm viability and total sperm activity of the patients with Qi deficiency and physical sub-health.
