摘 要:目的:采用响应曲面法对毛头牛蒡子中总木脂素的提取工艺进行优化。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,以加醇倍量、乙醇浓度和提取时间3个因素为自变量,以总木脂素含量、牛蒡苷含量、浸膏得率的综合评分为因变量,运用响应曲面法进行优化。结果:总木脂素的最佳提取工艺为加醇倍量为14.7倍,乙醇浓度为58%,提取2次,每次62 min。结论:响应曲面法优选毛头牛蒡子总木脂素的提取工艺方法简单、稳定、可行。Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total lignans from Maotou Niubangzi(arctium tomentosum Mill) by response surface methodology. Methods: On the basis of single factor experiment, the three factors of alcohol addition, ethanol concentration and extraction time were used as independent variables, and the comprehensive scores of total lignan content, arctiin content and extract yield were used as dependent variables.The response surface methodology was used for predictive analysis. Results: The optimal extraction process of total lignans was 14.7 times the alcohol addition, 58% ethanol concentration, 2 extractions, and 62 minutes each time. Conclusion: Response surface methodology is a simple, stable and feasible method for optimizing the extraction process of total lignans from Maotou Niubangzi(arctium tomentosum Mill).
