摘　　要：目的:调查骨科门诊患者对膝骨关节炎(KOA)的认知现状,为探索KOA的中医治未病方法提供数据参考和方法思路。方法:对门诊中青年就诊患者问卷调查,收集其对KOA的认知情况数据,进行统计分析。结果:问卷得分在21分以下者(认知差及一般)占75.3%,认知程度达优者(21~32分)占24.7%。被调查者对健康教育的重要性认知差(34.7%)。不同特征人群对KOA疾病的认知差异仅表现在个别方面;不同特征人群对KOA疾病的整体认知差异不明显。结论:受过高等教育、工作性质为脑力劳动、有医疗保险的北京中青年人群对KOA疾病认知不全面,整体认知较差。Objective: To investigate the cognitive status of knee osteoarthritis(KOA) for orthopaedic outpatients, and to provide data reference and methodological ideas for exploring the preventive treatment of KOA in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Questionnaire survey was conducted among young and middle-aged outpatients to collect the cognitive data of knee osteoarthritis(KOA) and make statistical analysis. Results: The score of the questionnaire which answered by outpatients was below 21(lack of cognition, generally cognition) that accounting for 75.3%, and that of the excellent(21-32) was 24.7%. Respondents had a poor knowledge of the importance of health education(34.7%). By Fisher accurate test and chi-square test, the cognitive difference of KOA disease in different characteristic population was only shown in some aspects. There was no significant difference in overall cognition of KOA disease among different population characteristics. Conclusion: The young and middle-aged people in Beijing who have received higher education and whose job is mental labor, low middle-income and medical insurance have incomplete cognition of knee osteoarthritis and their overall cognition on that are poor.
