摘　　要：病案管理是医院管理的重要组成部分。随着医院信息系统建设水平的提高,病案管理的信息化建设也得以完善。病案信息人员需通过优化自身的知识结构体系,并借助于信息化、大数据应用技术,提升病案管理的水平。本文通过介绍RFID技术应用的国内外研究现状和发展趋势,探索在运行病历中应用RFID技术来代替条形码,对住院登记处、临床科室和病案室的流通环节进行流程梳理并优化,建立以RFID为纽带的"患者-临床医师-病案信息人员"运行病历管理模式,从现有的终末病案管理覆盖包括运行病历在内的病案全流程闭环管理,为患者、临床医师、医药研发人员提供优质、高效、规范、安全的病案信息服务。Objective To explore the application value of the new generation of Internet of Things technology in medical record information management.Methods Instead of bar code,RFID technology will be applied to the medical record information management process.It will extend the terminal medical records to circulating medical records,and finally help us to explore the medical record information management model and personnel roles in transformed medical structure.Results To establish a safe and effective "Patients-Clinicians-Medical information personnel-Laboratory researchers" translational medical information mode by the link of RFID.It has much more continuous,two-way,security,normative and other advantages.It can reduce medical expenses,the cost of laboratory research and residents’ health,and it is in line with national development strategies and the current direction of the medical reform.Conclusion The comprehensive solution of the new generation of RFID as the core of the Internet of Things should be promoted in the field of medical information management.
