某医院2014年-2018年住院离休人员疾病谱分析

摘　　要：目的分析某医院住院离休人员疾病构成,了解离休人员住院疾病谱种类和排名,有效开展医疗保健管理和疾病预防工作。方法提取某医院2014年1月1日-2018年12月31日内科住院离休人员病案首页数据,按照国际疾病分类标准(ICD-10)进行分析。结果5年内住院离休人员疾病排名前4位主要为内分泌、营养和代谢疾病,循环系统疾病,呼吸系统疾病,神经系统疾病,相对应的心绞痛、非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病、脑梗塞、肺部感染4种内科单病种始终排名在前4位,分别占总体的16.46%、14.71%、12.22%、11.47%,累计占比达到54.86%。结论研究表明某医院住院离休人员常见病种,医院可进行个体化、针对性的健康指导,提前干预危险因素,达到改善离休人员身体素质、安度晚年的良好效果。Objective To analyze the disease composition of retired inpatients in a hospital,to understand the categories and rankings of the disease spectrum of retired inpatients,and to effectively carry out medical care management and disease prevention.Methods Extract data from the first page of a hospital’s medical discharge from January 1,2014 to December 31,2018,and analyze them according to the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10).Results The top four medical system diseases of military retirees in 5 years were mainly endocrine,nutritional and metabolic diseases,circulatory system diseases,respiratory diseases,and nervous system diseases.Corresponding angina pectoris,non-insulin-dependent diabetes,cerebral infarction,and pulmonary infection have always ranked in the top four,accounting for 16.46 %,14.71 %,12.22 %,and11.47 % of the total,and the cumulative ratio reached 54.86 %.Conclusion The study revealed the common medical diseases of the retired staff in a hospital.The hospital can carry out individualized and targeted health guidance,intervene the risk factors in advance,and achieve a good effect of improving the physical quality of the retired staff and keeping the old age safe.
