摘　　要：针对目前科研管理工作中存在的一些问题,如临床医务工作者的“重临床,轻科研”思想、对科研管理人员的“重使用,轻培养”的现象以及科研管理信息化程度不高等进行梳理,提出相应的解决对策,以提高科研管理工作效率、促进医院的可持续发展,并为民族医学的科研管理与发展提供有意义的参考.Aiming at some problems existing in the work of hospital scientific research management,such as attaching more importance on clinical work by clinical medical workers,the phenomenon of making scientific research management personnel working more and training less,and informationization level of scientific research management is of low level.We put forward the corresponding countermeasures so as to improving the efficiency of scientific research management,promoting the sustainable development of the hospital,and providing a meaningful reference for the scientific research management and development of ethnomedicine.
