摘　　要：哮喘是一种临床反复发作的肺系疾病.朝医四象人天禀脏局大小各不相同,是人体的生理状态;在病理状态下,偏大之脏功能愈强,偏小之脏功能更弱,影响肺、脾、肝、肾生理功能,水谷之温、热、寒、凉四气代谢异常,“四大营卫物质”生成与循环障碍,进而脏腑的阴阳平衡失调,日久则产生“伏痰”.每因感受外邪、接触异物、情志过激、饮食不节、或运动过度等触动“伏痰”,肺气上逆致痰随气升,痰气搏结,壅塞气道而发为本病.本文通过四象人的脏器大小及脏局阴阳特点,分析相应体质哮喘的病因病机.Asthma is a clinical recurrent lung disease.In four states theory of Korean medicines,the size of the natural organs is different,which is the physiological state of the human body.In pathological condition,the visceral function of the oversized is stronger and the function of the smaller viscera is weaker,affecting the physiological function of the lung,spleen,liver and kidney,the abnormal metabolism of the four gases in the warm,hot,cold and cool in food,with the generating of"four major health materials"and the disordering of circulatory then the balance of yin and yang of the viscera is out of balance.For a long time,"Insidous*phlegm'is produced.Each time a person feels an exogenous pathogens,contact with foreign bodies,emotional excesses,diet or excessive exercise,and so on to touch the"Insidous phlegm",lung qi adverse phlegm with the rise of air,phlegm gas knot,choking the airway and then becoming this disease.This paper analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of the corresponding physical asthma based on the size of organs and the characteristics of yin and yang in the viscera.
