摘　　要：目的观察肿痛擦剂的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、阳性药物平行对照的方法将281例骨折急性期或单纯软组织损伤患者随机分为肿痛擦剂治疗组(209例)与云南白药气雾剂对照组(72例),均于用药第2天、第3天后观察患者治疗前后临床症状、体征的变化。结果①肿痛擦剂治疗组临床控制209例,临床痊愈24例,全部为单纯软组织损伤患者,显效158例,好转27例;云南白药气雾剂组临床控制72例,临床痊愈4例,全部为单纯软组织损伤患者,显效36例,好转32例。肿痛擦剂组疗效明显优于云南白药气雾剂组(P<0.01或0.05);②肿痛擦剂治疗后的疼痛评分、肿胀积分与对照组比较明显下降(P<0.01或0.05)。结论肿痛擦剂治疗骨折急性期软组织损伤的疗效明显优于云南白药气雾剂组,且无明显毒副作用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of swollen pain liniment.Methods A randomized,double-blind,parallel positive drug control method was used to divide those 281 patients suffering from the acute fracture or simple soft tissue injury into 2 groups:the experimental group with swollen pain liniment(209 cases) and the control group with Yunnan Baiyao aerosol(72 cases).The changes in clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed on the 2 nd and 3 rd days respectively.Results In the experimental group of swollen pain liniment,209 cases were clinically controlled,24 cases were clinically cured,all were patients with simple soft tissue injury,158 cases were effective,and 27 cases were improved.In Yunnan Baiyao aerosol control group,72 cases were clinically controlled and 4 cases were clinically cured,all of them were patients with simple soft tissue injury,6 cases were markedly effective and 32 cases were improved.The clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.01 or 0.05);The pain score and swelling score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of swollen pain liniment in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury is superior to that of Yunnan Baiyao aerosol,and there are no obvious toxic side effects.
