摘 要:微生物发酵饲料技术不仅可以对饲料原料进行深度加工,提高饲料本身的营养价值,还有助于开发地源性饲料和利用农作物副产物,减少饲料成本,提高生产效益。因此,发酵饲料的研究具有十分重大的意义。文章针对市场常见饲料-豆粕衍生出的新型发酵豆粕饲料展开研究,主要将原料豆粕与发酵豆粕饲料作对比,研究发酵前后两种饲料的主要成分的变化,从而得出豆粕饲料发酵后成分变化,并探究其优势意义。Microbial fermented feed can not only deepen the processing of feed ingredients, but also improve the nutritional value of the feed itself. It also helps to develop ground-source feed and use crop by-products, reduce feed costs and improve production efficiency. Therefore, the research of fermented feed is of great significance. In this paper, the research on the new fermented soybean meal derived from the common feed-soybean meal in the market was carried out. The main ingredients were compared with the fermented soybean meal feed. The main components of the two feeds before and after fermentation were studied to obtain the Changes in composition of soybean meal after fermentation,exploring the significance of its advantages.
