摘 要:为了解决油气管道的腐蚀问题,文章提出了一种可实现自动跟踪管道电流的大功率油气管道防腐蚀电源系统,并以此为基础应用于油气管道的阴极保护。由于油气管道腐蚀大多较为严重,因此,采用强制电流阴极保护是一种非常有效的防治方法。首先,对防腐蚀电源的应用环境进行分析;随后,设计了直流电压前馈控制的电源系统电路;最后,对设计的电路进行仿真实验,实验结果表明所设计的大功率油气管道防腐蚀电源能实现参比电流的实时跟踪。In order to solve the corrosion problem of oil and gas pipelines, this paper proposes a high-power oil and gas pipeline anticorrosion power supply system that can automatically track pipeline currents, and based on this, it is applied to cathodic protection of oil and gas pipelines. Since the corrosion of oil and gas pipelines is mostly serious, the use of forced current cathodic protection is a very effective prevention method. Firstly, the application environment of anti-corrosion power supply is analyzed. Subsequently, the power supply circuit of DC voltage feedforward control is designed. Finally, the designed circuit is simulated.
