复方甘草酸苷注射液联合丹参粉针治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效及其安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液联合丹参粉针治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取宜丰县黄岗镇卫生院2017年6月-2018年8月收治的慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者70例,根据电脑随机法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组予以复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合丹参粉针治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、透明质酸(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN)、IV型胶原(LV-C),并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组PCⅢ、HA、LN、LV-C比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组PCⅢ、HA、LN、LV-C低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷注射液联合丹参粉针治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效确切,可改善肝功能,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with danshen powder injection for chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods A total of 70 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis were selected from June 2017 to August 2018 in Health center of Huanggang Town,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection,and the observation group was treated with danshen powder injection based on the control group.Before and after treatment,PC Ⅲ,HA,LN and LV-C were compared,and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PC Ⅲ,HA,LN and LV-C between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);the observation group of PC Ⅲ,HA,LN and LV-C were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with danshen powder injection for liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B is definite,which can improve liver function,and with high safety.
