不同内固定疗法治疗上肢长骨干骨折临床效果的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较不同内固定疗法治疗上肢长骨干骨折的临床效果。方法选取江油市第二人民医院2014年9月-2018年4月收治的上肢长骨干骨折患者78例,根据患者治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组予以带锁髓内钉疗法治疗,观察组予以记忆钛合金内固定疗法治疗。比较两组手术相关情况(术中出血量、手术时间、愈合时间、住院时间),并观察两组术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与带锁髓内钉疗法比较,记忆钛合金内固定疗法治疗上肢长骨干骨折的临床效果更好,可减少术中出血量,缩短骨折愈合时间,且安全性较高。Objective To compare the clinical effect of different internal fixation in the treatment of upper limb long shaft fracture.Methods A total of 78 cases of patients with long bone fracture of upper extremity were selected from September 2014 to April 2018 in Second People’s Hospital of Jiangyou,which were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail and the observation group with memory titanium alloy internal fixation.The operation related conditions(bleeding volume,operation time,healing time and hospitalization time)were compared between the two groups,and the postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Results The observation group of bleeding volume was less than that the control group,the operation time,healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group,and the incidence rate of complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with interlocking intramedullary nail,the internal fixation with memory titanium alloy has definite clinical effect for upper limb long shaft fracture,which can reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,shorten the time of fracture healing,and with high safety.
