情绪疏导联合乳房按摩对母婴分室产妇泌乳的影响

摘　　要：目的分析情绪疏导联合乳房按摩对母婴分室产妇泌乳的影响。方法南京医科大学附属妇产医院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的母婴分室初产妇128例,随机分为4组,每组32例,A组常规护理,B组常规护理+情绪疏导,C组常规护理+乳房按摩,D组常规护理+情绪疏导+乳房按摩;比较4组产妇泌乳情况。结果D组产妇泌乳时间短于A、B、C组,产后1、2、3 d泌乳量高于A、B、C组,乳房胀痛NRS评分低于A、B、C组(P<0.05);B、C组泌乳时间、产后泌乳量及NRS评分与A组比较均有明显差异(P<0.05);B、C两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论情绪疏导联合乳房按摩可促进母婴分室产妇乳汁分泌,增加乳汁分泌量,减少乳房胀痛发生,临床价值高,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of emotional counseling combined with breast massage on lactation of mothers and infants with different rooms.Methods A total of 128 maternal and infant neonates admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into four groups according to the digital random table method.Each group was divided into four groups:group A routine care,group B routine care+emotional counseling,group C routine care+breast massage,group D routine care+emotional counseling+breast massage.The lactation status of four groups was compared.Results The lactation time in group D was shorter than that in group A,B and C,and the NRS score of breast swelling pain in group A,B and C was lower than that in group A,B and C(P<0.05).Lactation time,postpartum lactation volume and NRS score in group B and C were compared with those in group A(P<0.05).There was no difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusions Emotional counseling combined with breast massage can promote maternal and infant breast milk secretion,increase milk secretion and reduce breast pain,which is of high clinical value and worthy of promotion.
